These are three different areas with three different needs. We keep them separate in the estimate, so you know whether it covers the deck, the frame and screens, or all of it.
Pool deck
Constant water and sun grow algae and dull the surface. We clean the deck itself, pavers, stone or concrete.
Lanai
The covered patio beside the pool. Furniture comes off, and the surface gets cleaned.
Screen cage
The frame and the screens around the pool get a gentler method than the deck.
What this is not
Screen repair, pool water treatment and cleaning inside the house are not part of this service.

We send preparation instructions. You clear furniture and movable items from the areas being cleaned. Then we clean the deck, the lanai and the cage as the estimate lists them.
Walk it, then pay
We check the finished job with you and go over any aftercare. Payment comes after that, and we follow up to make sure you are happy.

Will cleaning repair damaged screens?
No. Screen repair is not part of this service. Point out damaged screens before the work starts, so expectations are clear.
Do I need to move the patio furniture?
Please clear movable items from the work area. If you need help, arrange it ahead of time. Moving help can carry an extra fee.
Can you also seal the deck?
