What is included
Debris removal and exterior cleaning.
Patrick clears the debris, flushes the downspouts and the gutters with fresh water, and cleans the outside. A house wash can clean gutter exteriors but does not clear what is inside, so each part is listed on its own line and no one assumes the channels were cleared.

Leaves, dirt and buildup taken out of the inside of the gutters.
Flushing with fresh water
After the debris is out, we flush the downspouts, and flush the gutters themselves with fresh water, to make sure everything is flowing correctly.
Cleaning the exterior
The outside faces of the gutters cleaned, so streaks and grime do not stay on the roofline.
What we do not do
Gutter repair, replacement and guards are not part of this service.

Prep and work
We send preparation instructions, and you point out plants and items below the work area. Then we clear the gutters, flush the downspouts and gutters, and clean the exteriors as the estimate says.
Walk it, then pay
We check the finished job with you and go over any aftercare. Payment comes after that, and we follow up to make sure you are happy.

Do you clear debris as well as clean the outside?
Patrick does both, and flushes too. He clears the debris from the inside, flushes the downspouts and the gutters with fresh water, and cleans the outside faces. Your estimate lists each part.
Is downspout flushing included?
Yes. After we remove the debris from the inside of the gutters, we flush the downspouts, and we flush the gutters themselves with fresh water, to make sure everything is flowing correctly.
Can you repair leaking gutters?
No. Gutter repair and replacement are not part of what we offer. Tell us what you see when you ask, so a cleaning is not mistaken for a repair.
Can gutters go in the same visit as another service?
Often, yes. Patrick offers several exterior services and recurring care. Ask whether the gutter work can go with a house wash or roof cleaning.
